I originally registered 2 entrants on the same email address. How can I check to see if the 2nd entrant's details have been recorded correctly through my email address. Do I have to have a second user name & password?

sorry to take so long to get back to you - your post disappeared for a short while.
yes, each person is individually registered and this system does not use email addresses as the unique identifier.
if one or more who use that address has forgotten their personal login details, you can recover them.
if you click on forgot password in the login panel, you will be asked to insert your email address. if more than one person has that address, you will be asked to select the person whose details need to be sent.
that person should use those logins for their record
