Some people have encountered problems when entering the tournament. To help you, here are some of the things to look out for, and the solutions.

Adding More To Pending Shopping Basket
When you proceed to pay by an alterntate method (bank transfer or cheque), your shopping basket becomes "Pending". If you choose to make more purchases, they are added to the pending basket.
- If this happens, you need to proceed with payment again.
- This generates a new account advice to both you and tournament organisers, so they know how much you now owe.
- Only pay the current updated account - ignore the first or any other subsequent accounts
Registering More Than Once
Quite a number of people have registered more than once. Once you have filled out a registration form for this website, do not fill it out again.
- Use your personal login details that you either have provided or were provided with, to login. If you cannot remember what they were, click the "Forgot Password" links in the login panel and other places to have your login details sent to the email address you provide.
- Please email us if you have changed email addresses since registering.
- Also, some other people who maybe accredited coaches, or who have connections to other Smartspace powered websites might also have a previous registration.
Entering an event more than once.
- After you have logged in, and gone to the tournament entry or functions booking pages, a list of all the things you have entered/booked will appear at the top of the page.
- Simply ensure that the bookings/entry that you are about to make does not conflict with those on the list.
- If you have already double booked, go to your shopping basket, and delete all but one of the duplicate entries. This will also delete the associated entry record.
One couple entering as the same person
- Just as with an ordinary written entry form, you would never attempt to enter two people on the same piece of paper - you would use two separate entry forms.
- When you login to the website, it recognises you individually. That is as the individual whose record it is.
- Each person needs to make their own unique registration, which must have a unique username, although you are able to share the same password if you wish.
- Just ensure you login as the correct person before proceeding with your entry.
Having trouble paying your account.
- As you enter events/functions, the relevant amount gets added to your shopping basket (account) each time. You can also add merchandise after or before going through the entry process.
- Once you have finished your shopping spree, the basket remains there for 7 days, although each time you update it, it will remain live for a further 7 days.
- At any time in that period, you can login to the website and the basket link at the top of the website will become live. Just click the link to view the itemised account.
- You can edit or add products/entries at any time. If you want to delete anything in that period, you can do so. deleting an Entry item, will also delete the Entry/Nomination record itself.
- When you are ready to pay, select a payment option and proceed.
- To pay by PayPal or credit card, click the Pay Now With PayPal button (Do NOT click the payPal/Credit Card image)
- If you pay using this button, you can either use a credit card or your PayPal account. Using this method, you do not need to join PayPal or have a PayPal account - just use the credit card when you arrive at PayPal.
- To pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer make a selection and click Pay Using and Alternate Payment.
- If you use an alternate payment method, you must quote your account reference code and follow the other instructions that will appear on the website (which you will receive in an email) after the payment has proceeded.
- Once you have proceeded with the purchase, you can no longer delete any items.
My Shopping Basket Has Disappeared!
If you go into a supermarket and put goods into a shopping trolley, then walk out of the shop without paying, chances are, if you have gone for a few hours, all the goods in the trolley will have been put back on the shelves.
The shopping basket on this website (and all websites) works in much the same way.
This website will hold an unpaid shopping basket for just over 7 days from the last time it was viewed or updated. If you have not viewed or updated an unpaid basket for more than 7 days despite warnings that are sent out after 4 days, chances are it will be marked as abandoned.
This will mean you can no longer view the basket in the normal way.
You can retrieve an abandoned basket up to 90 days after the last update. Do the following:
- Login to the website then click My Activities in the MySmart Space (beta) area in the left hand column,
- In the Accounts/Shopping Baskets area near the bottom of the page click View Abandoned Accounts/Baskets,
- Click View Detail beside the account/basket you wish to activate,
- Click the Set Status: Reactivate button (if available) to reactivate the basket,
- Your basket has now been reactivated, but you need to return to the Australian Squash Masters 2011 website to process the basket.
How do I know if I have made the correct selections?
- You can review your entries/bookings plus your account record at the following address. You will need to be logged in to view the details.
I have forgotten my login details.
- Go to the Forgot Password link either in the Login link in the SmartSpace bar, or on the left of the website.
- Insert your email address. If your address is in the system, an email will be sent to you with the login details.
- In some cases, more than one person will have the same email address. In that case, a list of those with the same email address will appear.
- Please select your name and proceed,
- You will get the correct logins.
- Please contact us if you have recently changed your email address, and the logins cannot be retrieved.
Can't Find The Basket Link
You will only see the live basket link when;
- You have a live shopping basket,
- That is, when you have items in an unpaid or pending basket,
- When you are logged in using your personal login details,
- (In some circumstances your basket will be live even though you are not logged in, but you will need to be logged in to pay).
- The basket link will appear near the angry Squash playing bull on the right hand side at the top of the page.
- The word Basket appears to the right of a shopping trolley icon and has in brackets the number of items in the basket.
