Tournament Entry Now Open

We are now accepting entries for the 2011 Australian Masters Squash Championships.

Because this is the very first time the tournament entries are fully online, we have attempted to make the process of entering the tournament as simple as possible.

You can complete all entries/nominations/registrations and purchase merchandise from the shop, then pay your account, in one smooth process, or if you wish, you can do it over a couple of days - it is up to you.

We have also made available, help resources including text and video which should fully explain how things work.

Individual Championships Closing Date: Now Closed

Teams Championships : Midnight August 15 2011 (Your name must be with your state association prior to this)

Important! Late entries will not be accepted.

Very Important Points to Note

• If you have previously registered with this website, please use those details to login when starting the entry process - please do not register again.
  • If you have not previously registered, you can do so in the Tournament Entry or Functions Booking process.
  • Some people may have already been registered separately in Smartspace as it is used by some other organisations.
  • Click here to see if you already have been registered.
• Enter the Individual Event and/or the Teams Events from the one link (Enter the Teams Event Here)
• The Teams Event requires you to inform and pay your entry fee to your State Masters Squash Association in addition to registering for the Teams Event at the tournament link
• If you wish to attend one of the many functions that will be held during the championships, you can book your place either:
  • During the process of Tournament Entry (if participating in the Tournament),
  • By clicking on the Book Your Place for a Function Here links if not participating in the Tournament,
• If you are in any doubt as to how this might all work, watch the videos and/or read the detailed instructions available here.
• You can access your entry status at any time.  Click here to find out how.
• Be sure not to leave your shopping basket idle for more than 7 days, otherwise it will be deleted and you will have to start again!
• If attending dinners, you can place special dietary requirements in the reistration questionaire which must be reviewed when entering the tournament.
  • If you are not entering the tournament, login and click Update My Details on the left and resave your personal record.
  • The questionaire will be on the resultant page. Input relevant data and Update

By making this Tournament Entry online only, it will cut down on the time required by the many volunteers in organising and managing this tournament and hopefully provide a great tournament experience.
